Breaux, LeDay united in marriage
Teressa Nicole Breaux and Jeremy Keith LeDay, both of Lafayette, were married at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2012, in a double-ring ceremony at Abacus in Lafayette, with Ty Cook officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Florence Breaux of Lafayette.
A 2001 graduate of Comeaux High School and a graduate of Louisiana State University, she is currently attending law school at Southern University.
The groom is the son of Clifford and Marcellia LeDay of Lake Charles.
A graduate of Kinder High School and UL-Lafayette, he is currently employed with the Lafayette Parish School Board.
Escorted by her parents, the bride wore a modern, strapless trumpet-style dress complimented with an organza Vera Wang belt. Her wardrobe paid tribute to modern old Hollywood. She wore a layered pearl necklace and a birdcage veil with feather accents. She carried a bouquet of sage green flowers adorned with feather accents.
Maid of honor was Tessa Breaux of Lafayette.
Honorary bridesmaid was Toya Breaux of Lafayette.
Bridesmaids were Liz Bailey of Denham Springs, Amber LeDay of Jackson, Ada Goodly of Baton Rouge, Monique Morgan of Spring, Texas, and Heather Simien of Lake Charles.
They wore trumpet-style dresses and carried sage green flowers. They also wore necklaces of layered jewels and feather fascinators in their hair.
Best man was Kendall Carter of El Paso, Texas.
Groomsmen were Lelund LeDay and Nick LeDay, both of Lake Charles, Terry Breaux Jr. of Lafayette, Nick Potier of Parks, Maurice Gipson of Austin, Texas, and Bryan Dupas of Mansura.
Ushers were Demetric Thomas Jr. of Lake Charles and Tyreek Breaux of Lafayette.
Following a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, Nev., the couple resides in Lafayette.
