Daughter welcomed home

Laura Stacy of Lacassine and Charles McCormick III of Jennings announce the birth of their daughter, Emery Kate McCormick, born May 7, 2012, at Women and Children’s Hospital in Lake Charles.

Emery weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces at birth and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Mary Clare Pugh of Lake Charles and John Stacy of Fenton.

Paternal grandparents are Donna McCormick of Jennings and Charles McCormick Jr. of Hardy, Ark.

Godparents are Mallory Hardy of Lake Charles and Dustin Oliver of Jennings.
