Elliot, Carter announce engagement
Rachael Andréa Elliot of Hathaway and John Richard Carter of Jennings announce their plans to wed at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Richard Elliot of Lake Arthur and Jeanette Elliot of El Segundo, Calif. She is the granddaughter of Noel and Aida Gutierrez of Utuado, Puerto Rico and the late Loree “Bob” and Ray Neta Elliot.
She is a 2006 graduate of Hathaway High School and a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University.
The prospective groom is the son of Glenn and Regilyn Carter of Jennings and the grandson of the late James and Mary Carter and the late Natalie Williams.
He is a 2006 graduate of Jennings High School and a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University.
Friends and family are invited to attend.
