Istre, Armentor to wed
Morgan Jade Istre of Mermentau and James Bruce Armentor Jr. of Iowa announce their plans to wed at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Jeff Davis Multi-Purpose Building in Jennings.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Kenneth and Becky Istre of Mermentau and the granddaughter of the late Charles and Beatrice Istre, the late Jess Willard Fair, Bettye Hargrave of Estherwood and the late Amar Hargrave.
A 2005 graduate of Midland High School, she graduated from McNeese State University in 2009 and is currently employed with the Acadia Parish School Board.
The prospective groom is the son of Stephen and Donna Griggs and Jimmy and Stephanie Armentor of Iowa.
He is the grandson of the late Curtis Armentor, Agnes Armentor of Iowa and Monroe and Doris Frazier of Brandon, Miss.
A 2001 graduate of Iowa High School and a 2005 graduate of Delta School of Business and Technology, he is currently employed with Capitol Manufacturing.
