Local saxophonist Marcus Davis has visited a number of locations in Jeff Davis Parish (JDP) this week as part of the JDP Library’s Summer Reading Program activities. Davis, who once performed for former President Bill Clinton during an inauguration celebration, spoke to the children about performing music and presented his interpretation of the history of music at McBurney Memorial Library in Welsh Tuesday morning.
