Shriners Honor JPD

Local Shriners held a banquet Thursday evening at the Masonic Lodge in Jennings to honor the staff at the Jennings Police Department. After a presentation on the organization’s 22 orthopedic and burn hospitals for children, Police Chief Todd D’Albor (pictured) and his staff were treated to a meal consisting of brisket, beans, rice dressing and brownies. Next month, the group will honor the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Department.
