Elton discusses millage rates

ELTON – A public hearing will be held here Oct. 8 to discuss rolling forward millage rates.
According to Elton Mayor Cathy Hollingsworth, the parish has reported a three-to five percent growth and property values in the parish have been reassessed. Those reassessment values have not yet been released.
