Mustangs Advance to Super Regionals
The Jennings Mustang Allstars took Runner Up in the 2012 South Zone Baseball Mustang AllStar District Tournament that was held in Jennings over the weekend. The second place finish allows the team to advance to the Super Regionals this weekend, where they will face all of the first and second place teams from Louisiana and Mississippi. The tournament will be held in Abbeville at Erath Park. Coaches are Michael Mack, Jim Grogan and Michael Benoit. Players are Kye Cary, Brock Gaspard, Thomas Marceaux, Bryce Grogan, Kane Fontenot, Josh Henry, Addison Landry, Conner Cassidy, Camden Edwards and Ethan Mack.
