Rock Solid wins Lake Charles Fishing Rodeo

Cpt. Stuart Guinn, of Jennings, led his boat crew to victory for the Fourth of July Lake Charles Fishing Rodeo on his boat named Rock Solid. One member of his fishing crew, Brandon Thigpen, won overall Outstanding Rodeo Offshore Fisherman for the tournament. All other members of the fishing crew also walked away with multiple fishing awards in many categories. The winning team consisted of (left to right) Brandon Thigpen, Justin Ardoin, Cpt. Stuart Guinn, Steven Bordelon and Scott Cloud. Guinn’s son, Nate, is shown helping his dad hold a trophy.
