Romero receives highest rank at National Guard YCP

A graduate of the National Guard’s Youth Challenge Program from Lake Arthur recently received the program’s highest ranking as a cadet.
Curth Romero, 18, of Lake Arthur, received a Five-Star rank at his graduation on in June.
