Rotarians, IOCC providing more educational materials

WELSH – In June, Rotary District 6200 and the International Orthodox of Christian Charities (IOCC) donated free instructional materials here to promote literacy in Southwest Louisiana. This weekend, the two groups are joining forces to make even more educational materials available.
According to Welsh Alderman and Rotarian Becky Hudson, the materials will once again be free of charge to anyone working to improve literacy among public, parochial, private, and home-schooled students.
