Local birth announced

Kadence Alycee Lilley

Brett and Samantha Lilley of Lake Arthur announce the birth of their daughter, Kadence Alycee, born June 27, 2012, at Jennings American Legion Hospital.

Mrs. Lilley is the former Samantha Gueringer of Welsh.

Kadence weighed eight pounds, eight ounces at birth and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are James and Darlene Gueringer of Welsh.

Paternal grandparents are Frank and Linda Lilley of Lake Arthur.

Godparents are Cody Gueringer and Lauren Bergeaux, both of Welsh.
