PJ files criminal complaint

On Wednesday, the Jeff Davis Parish Police Jury filed a criminal complaint in connection with adjudicated property near Welsh.
After multiple complaints were made of roadways being blocked, illegal dumping and animal neglect, Police Jury President Donald Woods said the parish filed the complaint against those who are using property that is owned by the parish.
