WELSH – Funeral services for Thelma Dale Coles will be held on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. Rev. Pam Roy will officiate. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held today Sunday, Aug. 19, from 1-10 p.m. and will resume Monday, Aug. 20, from 8 a.m. until time of funeral services.
Mrs. Cole passed away Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, in a local care center.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Welsh. She was known for her gardening, especially her plants and flowers.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (fiancée Kay Willis) Daley Jr. of Roanoke; and Ronny (Barbara) Daley Sr. of Hayes; her grandchildren, Ronny Daley Jr., Phyllis Langley, Monica Jones, Brandy Daley, Natasha Bevil, Crystal Cooper, Robert Daley lll, Wendy Nunez, and Ricky Mallett; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Miscal Temple Coles.
