Dogs take momentum to DeRidder

The Bulldogs hosted St. Louis in their home opener last week and led for most of the contest, but a rally by the Saints in the final minutes forced the game into a 21-21 overtime.
The Saints struck first in the final minutes with a touchdown and followed it with an extra point for their first lead of the night. Jennings answered soon after with a score of their own, but an offsides penalty on the Saints gave the Dogs a chance to go for two. Jennings’ Jarquis Brown found the endzone on the conversion to give the Dogs a thrilling 29-28 win.
