Fenton veteran honored

FENTON – A Fenton Veteran now has his name on record in Congress for his commitment to his country and bravery on the battlefield during both World War II and the Korean Conflict.
Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D. presented a copy of the Congressional Record honoring U.S. Marine Corporal Raymond “Woodrow” Duhon, 84, of Fenton, for receiving the Congressional Gold Medal on June 27 at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. The presentation took place at Fenton Elementary School on Thursday morning.
