Jeff Davis stayed busy this weekend despite the chill in the air. On Friday evening, Welsh residents kicked off the annual Coming Home Festival with the Welsh High School Homecoming Parade, followed by live music, food and fun in the downtown area. Saturday, Main Street in Jennings was packed most of the day as shoppers and vendors congregated for the annual Jennings Alive arts and crafts festival.
