Belle Grogan, 2, and Liam LeBlanc, 3, spend a lot of time playing at the Welsh park together and have decided to be “best friends forever.” Belle is the daughter of Merritt and Jim Grogan of Welsh and Liam is the son of Hillary Cormier of Jennings and Eric LeBlanc of Broussard.
