WELSH – The annual Coming Home Festival returns to the streets here tonight to celebrate the Greyhounds of today and previous years.

The one-night event, a project of the Welsh Rotary Club, will kick off following the 4 p.m. Welsh High School Homecoming Parade. According to Welsh City Hall, the parade will leave from the side of the school on Francis Street then turn left onto South Street; from there, the parade will continue west to Adams Street where it will make a right turn then continue left on Railroad Avenue; then make a left on Elms Street until it takes another left onto East Nichols before ending back at the school.
