Elton working on holiday plans

ELTON – The trick-or-treaters have yet to make their Halloween rounds but officials here are already moving ahead with plans for the town’s annual Christmas parade.
At a recent meeting of the Elton Town Council, officials voted to set the 2012 Christmas parade for 1 p.m.
