Gabriel LeDoux Jr.
Memorial services for Mr. Gabriel LeDoux Jr., 79, will be held on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at 4 p.m. in First Baptist Church with Brian Wells officiating.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday in the church.
Mr. LeDoux died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, in a local care center.
Mr. LeDoux was born Aug. 19, 1933 in Mowata and lived in Lake Charles most of his life. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jennings. During his life he ministered all around Southwest Louisiana, taking special interest in the French speaking communities. He was a member of the Builders Sunday School Class and participated regularly in the Senior Adult Ministry of First Baptist Church.
Mr. LeDoux is survived by five children, Gabriel III, Ronnie, Jeff, David and Rosie; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Grace Ann LeDoux, who died Sept. 14, 2012.
