Louviere announces bid for Welsh mayor

Carolyn Louviere is announcing her candidacy for mayor of Welsh.

Louviere is married to James L. Louviere, mother of seven children and four step-children. She is a member of Our Lady of Seven Dolos Catholic Church, the Military and Hospitaller Order of Lazarus and a church Lector.
