Lucille Pat Broussard
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lucille Pat Broussard, 73, of Jennings, announces her passing.
She was born in Jennings on Sept. 1, 1939, to Eugene Broussard and Liza Martin.
She is survived by her four children, Pamela Hebert Leonard of Jennings, Sheila (Tony) Purshall of Rifle, Colo., Tina (Micky) Monceaux of Lake Arthur and Eugene Broussard of Jennings; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
A homemaker, she went on to finish beauty school and had her own beauty shop. She also opened a floral shop and ceramic shop. She had many talents, including sewing, making wedding cakes and was a good cook. She loved gardening and brought all her family together for the holidays.
She will be greatly missed by all her children and grandchildren.
She donated her body to science.
