Municipalities announce trick-or-treat hours
Municipalities across Jeff Davis Parish will observe public trick-or-treat hours on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Elton, Jennings and Welsh will all permit trick-or-treating between 5:30-7:30 p.m. while Fenton and Lake Arthur will permit trick-or-treating from 6-8 p.m.
