Residents want stricter law for livestock inside corporate limits

Two Jennings residents are asking the city council to consider changes to the law for keeping livestock within the city limits.
Cindy Satchell, who lives on East Division Street, along with Vince DeMarco, who lives on Granger Street, told council members Tuesday that roosters being kept in their neighborhood are become a nuisance to surrounding neighbors.
