Tigers, Hounds set for parish, district rivalry

LAKE ARTHUR – It’s time for the Welsh Greyhounds and the Lake Arthur Tigers to tangle again. The Hounds and the Tigers are in the same district and that only adds to the pressure of the game. Welsh will enter the District 4-2A battle with a 5-1 overall record and a perfect 3-0 in league play. Lake Arthur will also sport a 5-1 season mark, along with a 2-1 district record.
Both head coaches have great respect for their opponents in this highly anticipated district and parish rivalry.
