Touchets welcome baby girl
Shannon and Jessica Touchet of Welsh announce the birth of their daughter, Kaislynn Lucy, born Aug. 2, 2012, at Jennings American Legion Hospital.
Mrs. Touchet is the former Jessica Morvant of Roanoke.
Kaislynn weighed seven pounds, nine ounces at birth and was 19 3/4 inches long.
She was welcomed home by her older brother, Kaden Paul, and her older sister, Kaleigh Aaliyah.
Maternal grandparents are C. Morvant Jr. and Cecilia Morvant of Roanoke.
Paternal grandmother is Barbara Touchet of Jennings.
Great-grandparents are Anita Degeyter and the late Max Degeyter of Welsh and Ronnie LeBlanc and the late Lucy LeBlanc of Jennings.
Godparents are Rachel Daigle of Jennings and Justin Morvant of Roanoke.
