Two arrested in residential burglary in Iowa

IOWA – Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Office (JDSO) deputies arrested two Lake Charles women on Wednesday who were caught in the act and detained by the homeowners while attempting to burglarize the residence.
JDSO patrol deputies responded to a burglary in progress call on Newcomer Road near La. 383 in Iowa, according to Criminal Investigations Commander Christopher Ivey.
