Welsh man in custody for inappropriate contact with a juvenile

A Welsh man is in custody after an investigation revealed he had inappropriate contact with a 10 year-old juvenile.
In May, the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office (JDSO) received a complaint from the parents of a 10 year-old juvenile that claimed she had inappropriate contact with an adult male, according to JSDO Criminal Investigations Division Commander Christopher Ivey.
