Gueydan – A Mass of Christian burial for Anthony “Tony” Benoit, 52, will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Gueydan on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at 11 a.m. with burial in Gueydan Cemetery. Matthews and Son Funeral Home of Gueydan is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be held at Matthews and Son Funeral Home in Gueydan on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, from 1-10 p.m., with a rosary recited at 7 p.m.. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 8 a.m. until the time of his service.

He was called to Heaven on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012.
