Chaisson unseated in Welsh

WELSH – In a landslide victory, Marcus Crochet unseated Tommy Chaisson as police chief here Tuesday night.
According to the Louisiana Secretary of State’s Office, Crochet took 1,025 votes (72 percent) over incumbent Chaisson’s 390 votes (28 percent).
