Firefighters save two homes from being destroyed

There were two structure fires this week in the Elton area, but thanks to the efforts of local firefighters, both homes involved were saved from destruction.

When Jeff Davis Fire Dist. 6 firefighters arrived on the scene Thursday, this storage shed located at the rear of a residence on Freeland Road was fully engulfed in flames.
