Iota WWII veterans to be honored

IOTA – Eleven surviving World War II (WWII) heroes will be honored here on Veterans Day in a ceremony that will be celebrated in the streets and even the sky.
The Iota First (IF) Club, a civic group that works to promote and support activities within the small town, honors senior citizens each year, said Chairman Johnnie Reed. This year, the group wanted to honor its living WWII veterans in a special way.
