LeJeune named superintendent-elect

The Jeff Davis Parish School Board unanimously backed Bryan LeJeune for superintendent-elect during a Thursday night meeting.
LeJeune, who has served as the School Board’s assistant superintendent for approximately two years, interviewed for the top position earlier this week. District 9 member Charles Bruchhaus made the motion to recommend LeJeune for the position, which was seconded by District 13 member Julius Caraway and supported by the full board.
