Welsh to discuss highlighted concerns

WELSH – Next week, citizens and newly elected officials here will have the opportunity to learn what areas of concern a crisis and strategic communications company has identified in the town.
The meeting with Furlow Communications, LLC, is open to the public and will include officials from Welsh and across the parish. It will be held at 6:30 p.m. next Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Welsh Community Center.
