Coushatta Tribe to host live Nativity scene

ELTON – This Saturday, Dec. 22, Koasati Plaza in the downtown area here will play host to a very special holiday event as the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana presents a live Nativity scene from 5-9 p.m.
According to a press release from the Tribe, the holiday celebration is free and open to the public. There will be complimentary light refreshments and hot chocolate. This live production will feature participants from the Coushatta Tribe’s Little Indian Preschool, New Hope Assembly of God Church, Indian Bible Church, Elton Assembly of God Church, Elton First Baptist Church and St. Paul Catholic Church.
