LA working to remove dangerous structures

LAKE ARTHUR – Officials here are working to rid the town of dilapidated and unsafe structures.
At its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, the town council approved the sending out of notices to the owners of four structures deemed unsafe by the town’s inspector.

Lake Arthur council members sent out a notice Wednesday to the property owner of this structure on Iowa Ave. after the town’s inspector deemed it unsafe and in violation of the town’s ordinance.
