Ten people were reported as booked into the parish jail by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office over the last two weeks.

Monday, December 17

Destin A. Reed, 18, of Welsh, was charged with possession of with intent to distribute marijuana in a drug-free zone. No bond was listed.

Cody Wade Moore, 26, of Lake Arthur, was charged with two counts of unauthorized use of an access card, simple criminal property damage, simple battery and theft. No bond was listed.

Tuesday, December 18

Cedric J. Sinegal, 41, of Jennings, was charged with possession of a Schedule II narcotic, possession of a schedule III narcotic, simple rape and armed robbery. No bond was listed.

Ayla M. Kopper, 28, of Juno Beach, Fla., was charged with speeding and driving without a license. No bond was listed.

Wednesday, December 19

Jeremy Louis Trahan, 36, of Jennings, was arrested on two warrants and charged with a third-offense DWI and issuing worthless checks. No bond was listed.

Friday, December 21

Stephen P. Howard, 32, of Jennings, was charged with two counts of forgery. No bond was listed.

Monday, December 24

Charles Carnahan, 35, of Welsh, was charged with domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse battery in the presence of a juvenile and second-degree battery. No bond was listed.

Rebecca Soileau, 34, of Welsh, was charged with domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse battery in the presence of a juvenile and second-degree battery. No bond was listed.

Wednesday, December 26

D’Andre Nixon, 17, of Jennings, was charged with theft of goods over $500. No bond was listed.

Thursday, December 27

Brennon Deshotel, 17, of Jennings, was charged with possession of a Schedule III narcotic. No bond was listed.
