Retraction
In the Sunday, Dec. 2 edition of the Jennings Daily News, Carl Langley’s column, Pressbox Pointers, referenced a lawsuit between the Louisiana High School Athletic Association and Varsity Events Management. It has since been brought to the Jennings Daily News’ attention that several statements in the column were inaccurate and misstated. As Langley serves on the LHSAA executive committee, this column represents a conflict of interest. Jennings Daily News would like to retract the column and apologize for its publication.
