Roanoke man charged with cruelty to a juvenile

A Roanoke man was arrested Thursday after reports were made that he repeatedly physically abused a juvenile.
On Monday, Dec. 3, Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Office (JDSO) deputies received a complaint from a juvenile’s mother that her child had been struck repeatedly by the juvenile’s father, according to JDSO Criminal Investigations Commander Christopher Ivey.
