Three more bridges in parish approved for repair

The Jeff Davis Police Jury approved its 2013 budget Wednesday, with funds set aside for repairs to eight bridges in the parish recently closed by the state.
At their regular weekly meeting on Wednesday, jurors approved the repair of three bridges on Dave Williams Road and Lyons Road, just south of La. 1126 and Mouton Road, just east of La. 382 near Thornwell.
