Welsh couple charged after Christmas Eve altercation

A Welsh man and woman were arrested after an altercation that took place on Christmas Eve.
According to Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office (JDSO) Criminal Investigations Division Commander Christopher Ivey, sheriff’s deputies responded to call at 18315 Ardoin Cove Road in Welsh on Christmas Eve, Monday, Dec. 24.
