Woman using SOWELA name in scam

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning of a solicitation targeting local consumers, as well as a local school.
Using the name World Wide Circulation, a woman who identifies herself as “Rebecca” has asked local consumers to buy magazine subscriptions as part of a “journalism project” at SOWELA to “go on a trip,” according to BBB President Carmen Million.
