A Dream Come True

Blaize Richard, 18, and his favorite Jennings Police Officer, Mike Hill, made national news this week. Their friendship began last year, when Blaize’s mother, Angie, called the Jennings Police Department and asked for their help in making Blaize’s dream come true for his birthday.
