“Brake” Time

Harvey Rabbit and his friends, Tim and Laura Allured, visited James Ward Elementary Tuesday afternoon to tell kids to “Put the Brakes On!” such bully behavior as name-calling, hitting, threats and more. Harvey’s visit to the school was sponsored by Jeff Davis Parish District Attorney Michael C. Cassidy and the Jeff Davis Arts Council.
