City requests grant for water system improvements

The City of Jennings is asking the state for assistance needed for improvements to the water system here.
On Tuesday, the Jennings City Council approved a request for grant funds through the Louisiana Division of Administration’s Office (DOA) of Community Development 2012-13 Community Water Enrichment Fund.
