Coushatta Farmers’ Market to feature food, music

ELTON – This Saturday, Feb. 2, the Coushatta Farmers’ Market in Elton will prove that winter is still a time to enjoy fresh food and outdoor fun.
This weekend’s Market will include a gumbo cook-off, fresh produce, live music from Johnny Guinn and Rue Louisiane, as well as activities for the entire family, according to a press release.
