Dogs drop pair of road games

The Jennings Bulldogs battled the Westlake Rams in a district showdown Tuesday with both Bulldog teams coming up short by a 56-35 count in girls’ play and 44-31 difference in boys’ action.
The girls took to the court first, with the Lady Bulldogs’ Courtney Broussard scoring the first points of the night with a layup. The Lady Rams answered with a 10-2 run for the early lead they never relinquished. The Lady Bulldogs trailed 4-15 at the end of the first quarter.
