Fenton man arrested for computer solicitation, indecent behavior

A Fenton man was arrested Wednesday for computer solicitation and indecent behavior.
According to Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Office (JDSO) Criminal Investigations Commander Christopher Ivey, in early January, his office was contacted by the Bellevue Police Department (BPD) in Bellevue, Neb., in reference to an on going investigation. According to BPD, in Dec. 2012 an investigation began in reference to computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with a juvenile. The complaint was filed by the father of the 12-year-old victim, who found inappropriate text messages and pictures on her cellular phone.
