Grand Marais Mardi Gras run returns Feb. 9

HATHAWAY – For anyone wishing to get a glimpse of a traditional run, the Grand Marais Mardi Gras run is back this year and will be rolling through the area next weekend.
The public is invited to come out to watch the run on Saturday, Feb. 9, when the group moves through the City of Jennings, said Captain Thomas Deshotel. They will start out at James Ward Elementary at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, then be traveling throughout the city.
